Eco kits, instruments, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Digital programs can be cancelled for a full refund before the first live session; afterward we calculate prorated credits based on unused lessons.
Items must arrive with all components, manuals, and reusable bottles intact. Damage caused by wear, improper storage, or missing pieces can reduce the refund. Proof of purchase is required for every request.
Customers cover return freight unless we shipped the wrong or defective product. When we are at fault we provide prepaid labels; otherwise, we can deduct the label fee from your refund if you prefer that we create it for you.

Customized lesson materials, opened cleaning concentrates, downloadable content once accessed, gift cards, and promotional bonuses cannot be returned unless legally required or defective on arrival.
We comply with applicable consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction, including warranty obligations and mandatory cooling-off periods where they exist. This policy does not limit rights you may have under local law.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before shipping confirmation. After a kit ships, cancellations must follow the standard return process. Live session bundles can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the first appointment.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card networks may require additional time before funds appear. We will email confirmation when processing is complete.
